100 mm

4100, 100mm products. Eurotherm Chessell has an extensive family of 100mm products ranging from the 4101, a basic recorder with an analog display through the 4102 with a bright digital display to the 4103, which is fully configurable from the front panel. The 4103 with its mathematical processing of data, storage media, printing and communications forms a complete data acquisition unit. The 4100 family is also available in a portable case for test and measurement applications.

Circular

The 392 is a circular chart recorder which provides easy to interpret up to 4 data traces. Fully configurable, the recorder can be quickly and easily set up to meet your exact requirements. The option to have 2 PID controllers together with it's mathematical functions and an IP65 rating make the 392 into an ideal small machine controller.

Acquisition

4000R. The 4000R is a high specification data acquisition and alarm monitoring system. It has a wide range of features including up to 96 input channels and options such as maths functions and serial communications. Team the 4000R with the 4250D for an unbeatable combination.

180/250mm

4180, 180mm Recorder & 4250 250mm Recorders. The 4180's & 4250's are a versatile and powerful family of recorders. They have a clear 80 character vacuum fluorescent display and are configurable from the front panel. PC memory card data storage, plus various options such as serial communications and maths pack enhance the capabilities of these instruments. Add totalizers, timers and counters to meet all types of data and process calculation needs. The multipoint versions of this family can be connected to the 4250D for a powerful remote logging network.

Display Station

The 4205D is an extremely versatile process information station and ideal for shallow cabinets. The screen is a high quality TFT full VGA touch screen. Network the 4250D with Eurotherm Chessell's extensive family of data acquisition and recording equipment via a communications link to get a powerful and impressive monitoring system. Remote units can be up to 1200 meters away from the 4250D touch screen which can then be used to configure all the remote instruments.

Paperless

4100G. This compact instrument is a paperless chart recorder which will fit into a standard DIN (144mx144mm) spacing. It has a high quality TFT color display with options for data storage on a 1.4 MByte floppy disk, of a PC card of over 300 MBytes. The instrument's features combine to enable supervisors and instrument operators to manage a very wide range of process information. With its carrying case option the 4100G becomes a very powerful portable acquisition station.

4180G & 4250G. Both these instruments have high quality TFT full VGA touch displays with integral chart printing. The smaller of the two instruments, the 4180G, contains a 180mm chart and the 4250G can contain an optional 250mm roll or Z-fold chart. The graphics screen can display data in chart emulation, bar graphs and summary screen formats. The graphic touch screen is also the interface through which the recorder is fully configured.

Data Review Software

E Review Software. Designed for data analysis this software extracts data from packed data files, created on any of the programmable recorder in the 4000 series, producing a file on a PC hard drive. This data can then be displayed, on the PC, in a form that emulates the traditional recorder chart. Users can scroll back and forth in time to review the data, and a compression control allows the time axis to be changed to provide longer term views. A movable cursor pinpoints precise readings of time and process values directly from the individual channel digital displays.

Once the required data is visible on the screen the software allows it to be sent to any printer supported by the Windows operating system. Additionally the data can be saved to a comma delimited file, or copied to another package such as a spreadsheet or wordprocessor.
